Fees and Policy
Daycare Policy:
Lunches:
Warm Lunch and snacks are provided by myself to all children in my care due to allergy concerns. The only exceptions in this case are special diets where I am unable to accommodate with those specific needs.
Special Pick-Up:
Children in my care will NOT be released to anyone other than the parent(s) I am familiar with unless parents have notified me in advance that there will be someone else picking up the child for that day. The individual picking them up should be prepared to show I.D. so that I can identify them.
Diapers and Toileting:
Parents of children must provide an adequate amount of diapers and wipes for each day. I am more than happy to assist with toilet training when parents decide to start.
Waiver Forms:
Parents must complete the necessary waiver, permission, information and allergy/emergency care forms before a child can start in my care.
Supplies:
Parents are to supply a change of clothes, sunscreen in the summer months and diapers and wipes when necessary, as well as a pillow and blanket for each child in my care.
Fees:
Fees are payable weekly, every Monday for the upcoming week. Cheques will also be accepted although any issues with cheques will result in cash only from that point forward as well as a $50 NSF charge.
Parents of children in my care get the equivalent of two work weeks (10 days) per year of 'vacation' where fees are not payable when a child is off of my regular care. Otherwise, like most other daycares, fees are payable in full regardless of absences unless I cancel due to illness or emergency.
Parents intending to use their 'vacation' time must provide me with two weeks notice, otherwise fees are payable in full.
Spaces Available:
*Two Full - Time Spaces Are Currently Available*
Fees:
Full Time (5 days a week) : $170 per week (2 years +)
$200 per week (12 - 24 months)
\
Part Time: $40 per day
Negotiable rates for two or more children from the same family.
Due to Allergy Issues I will provide warm meals and snacks to all children in the daycare unless exceptional circumstances exist.
